Block Listing Application

Application has been made for the admission of 1,187,639 ordinary shares of 100p each in the Company (the "Shares") to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The Shares are being reserved under a block listing and may be issued pursuant to the exercise before maturity of options granted under the below employee share schemes:

The Shares will be issued fully paid and will, upon issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued shares. It is expected that admission will be effective for the shares at or around 8.00 am UK time on 16 October 2023.
