Block Listing Application
Further to the announcement on 22 September 2022, the Company (LSE: WISE) (LEI: 213800LD9XCHIC1C4V71) announces that an application has been made for the admission of 87,396 class A ordinary shares of £0.01 each in Wise plc to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange (together "Admission").
The application has been made pursuant to the Company's OwnWise customer shareholder programme (the "OwnWise Programme") (as detailed in the Company's listing prospectus published 02 July 2021), and the Company's shareholder authorities granted on 22 June 2021.
The shares when issued, will be issued fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued class A ordinary shares of the Company. Admission is expected to occur at 8:00am on 06 October 2022.
