11. Additional information

On 2 January 2024 Wise plc (the "Company") announced that, on 22 December 2023, the total voting rights in the Company were reduced due to a cessation of voting rights in respect of 2,000,000 class B ordinary shares. As a result of this, the Company's CEO Kristo Kaarmann's voting rights in respect of shareholder decisions increased from 48.2% to 49.3%.
