Dividend Declaration

The Directors of M Winkworth Plc ("Winkworth" or the "Company") are pleased to announce that the Companywill pay a dividend of 1p per share for the second quarter of 2010 to shareholders, making the total dividend paid to-date for the current financial year of 2p per share. The timetable is as follows:

Expected Payment Date 15/10/10

* Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the dividend
