Naked Wines PLC (AIM: WINE), the online wine retail group, announces that, pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Joules Group plc, an unrelated business to the Group announced on 16 November 2022 that it had appointed administrators.
David Stead, Chairman of Naked, was Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Joules Group plc.
