Director's Share Dealing

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Wilmington Group plc announces that an immediate family member of Rory Conwell, an Executive Director, on 21 June 2010 entered into an unconditional agreement to transfer 3,083,170 ordinary shares in the Company from their holding to a trust for which the beneficiaries are Rory Conwell and his immediate family. There is no change in the beneficial ownership of these shares and the total holding in which he has a beneficial interest remains at 3,880,785 ordinary shares which is 4.70% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
