Directorate Change Update

Wilmington plc (LSE: WIL), the provider of information, education and networking services in Risk & Compliance, Professional and Healthcare knowledge areas, confirms that as of 13 February 2019 and as previously announced on 16 January 2019, Pedro Ros stepped down from his position as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Pedro will remain employed by the Company up to 30 June 2019 and will be available over that time to ensure a smooth and orderly handover.

Martin Morgan will act as Executive Chairman until Pedro's replacement is appointed. The Board has commenced the search process for a new Chief Executive Officer and an update will be made in due course.
