Board Change

Wilmington plc ("Wilmington" or the "Group"), the knowledge leader in Risk & Compliance, Professional and Healthcare knowledge areas, announces that Anthony Foye has informed the Board of his intention to step down from his position as Chief Financial Officer in due course.

Anthony will remain in his position until June 2018 while a successor is found and to ensure a smooth and orderly handover. The Board will initiate a search for his successor and an update in relation to a new Chief Financial Officer will be made in due course.

Mark Asplin, Chairman of Wilmington plc, said:

Having enjoyed a successful career in the media space his knowledge and experience have been invaluable. Tony has been instrumental in developing the Group's strategy during his tenure and, on behalf of the Board and employees of Wilmington; we wish him all the best in his future endeavours when he leaves the Group next year."
