Update regarding final results

The Board of Worldlink Group Plc ("Worldlink" or the "Company") wish to update the market as to progress on the preparation of the Company's financial results to 29 February 2012. The audit of the Company's accounts is currently underway and the Directors hope to be able to announce final results on or around 15 August 2012.
