Purchase of Own Shares
Walker Greenbank plc (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany, announces that on 9 December 2010 it purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 51 pence per Ordinary Share and 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 50.5p per Ordinary Share.
These Ordinary Shares are being held in treasury and it is intended that they will be used to satisfy conditional awards under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.
Walker Greenbank's issued ordinary share capital with voting rights consists of 59,006,162 Ordinary Shares of which 960,000 Ordinary Shares are now held in treasury.
As a result, the total number of voting rights in, and the figure to be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in Walker Greenbank PLC under the FSA 's Disclosure and Transparency rules, is 58,046,162 Ordinary Shares.
