Wildcat Petroleum plc (LSE: WCAT), announces that on 13 May 2024 the Chairman, Mandhir Singh, transferred 27,431,186 Ordinary Shares into his personal ISA and SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pension account) at a total value of £39,775.22 and disposed of 156,402 Ordinary Shares at a total value of £226.78. Mr. Mandhir Singh is the beneficial owner 1,714,068,598 Ordinary Shares which equates to 61.15% of the total share capital of the Company.
