Notice regarding Approval of First Year Annual Accounts and AGM

The Company is pleased to announce that it will be announcing its Audited Results for the period ended 30 June 2021 on 6 December 2021 and that copies of the Report and Accounts will be posted to shareholders on the same date.

Further the Company is pleased to confirm that its Annual General Meeting will be held on 29th December 2021 and the Notice will be despatched to shareholders with the Annual Report and Accounts.

Members unable to attend will be able to vote by Proxy and all Members will have the option to submit questions in advance of the meeting - details will be provided in the Notice.

For shareholders who hold their shares in Nominee Accounts they should be aware that this information will be sent direct to the Nominee name on the share register. The link below explains the action to be taken if you wish to vote/attend the AGM and hold your shares in a nominee name.
