Annual Financial Results (Summary)

Wildcat Petroleum Plc ("WCAT" or "the Company") a company targeting investment opportunities in businesses and assets within the upstream sector of the petroleum industry is pleased to announce the publication of its audited Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025 ("FY25").

Financial Highlights:

· Current assets of £205,209 as at 30 June 2025 (FY24: £290,547);

· Cash balance of £190,806 as at 30 June 2025 (FY24: £286,573);

· Current Liabilities of £60,107 as at June 2025 (FY24: £37,351);

· Net assets of £145,102 as at 30 June 2025 (FY24: £253,196); and

· Loss before taxation for the year ended 30 June 2025 of £310,359 (FY24: Loss of £255,288).

Post Year End

· Fund raise of £50,000 before expenses (£45,000 net of expenses) via a placing of new shares announced 30 October 2025.

In compliance with UK Listing Rule 13.3.9, a copy of the Annual Financial Report has been submitted to the FCA and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
