The contract, initially for 5 years,will deliver both instant application and online account management to The WestBrom's customers. The West Brom contract also signifies the first live customer for iE'spartnership with Unisys Ltd. The West Brom is an existing customer of Unisys'UFSS back office system. As part of the e-savings project iE will deploy astraight-through interface to UFSS to deliver real-time information to The WestBrom's customers.
