Warpaint London plc (AIM: W7L), the specialist supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 and Technic brands, announces that its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2018, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, has been posted to shareholders. Both documents are available on the Company's website.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday 21 May 2019 at 11:00am at the offices of DAC Beachcroft LLP, 25 Walbrook, London, EC4N 8AF.

The larger own brand division primarily consists of the Group's flagship brand, W7, together with the Technic, Body Collection and Man'stuff brands acquired through the acquisition of Retra Holdings in 2017.
