This annoucement confirms that Browning West LP a person closely associated ("PCA") with Usman Nabi, Non-Executive Director of the Company have disposed of 21,155 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company ("Shares") for a total gross sum of £276,083.31 to cover some administrative expenses. Browning West LP is an independent investment partnership based in Los Angeles, California and currently the Company's largest shareholder of which Usman is Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer.
