Director Declaration

Vistry Group PLC (the "Company")

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9(1), the Company hereby gives notification that Rowan Baker, a director of the Company, was also a director of Laing O'Rourke Construction South Limited until 27 September 2024 when she tendered her resignation as a director.

On 20 February 2025, the board of Laing O'Rourke Construction South Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Laing O'Rourke Corporation Limited, passed a resolution to enter into a creditors' voluntary liquidation and approving the appointment of liquidators. The appointment of the liquidators was confirmed at a meeting of the Company's creditors on 12 March 2025.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of UK Listing Rule 6.4.9(1).
