Annual General Meeting (AGM) update
When we issued the notice for the AGM on 23 June 2021, we had hoped to be able to hold our AGM on 23 June as normal, following the expected removal of Covid-19 restrictions in England. As we are still subject to Step 3 restrictions, our AGM will proceed, but we strongly discourage shareholders from attending in person. Questions can be submitted in advance to cosec@vertumotors.com.
The directors of the Company will attend to ensure a sufficient quorum for the AGM to proceed and anyone in attendance will be required to wear a face covering, maintain social distancing and have a temperature check prior to entry. The Chair will ensure that the Covid Secure requirements are maintained and will have the power to refuse entry to ensure that these are complied with.
Proxy appointments can be submitted up to 10am on 21 June 2021 following the procedures set out in the notice of AGM.

Vertu Motors was established in November 2006 with the strategy to consolidate the UK motor retail sector. It is intended that the Group will continue to acquire motor retail operations to grow a scaled dealership group. The Group's acquisition strategy is supplemented by a focused organic growth strategy to drive operational efficiencies through its national dealership network. The Group currently operates 145 franchised sales outlets and 4 non-franchised sales operations from 115 locations across the UK.
