Deferred Shares Bonus Awards

Victoria Oil & Gas Plc announces that on 7 June 2017, bonus awards of 880,121 ordinary shares of 0.5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in aggregate were granted to the Executive Directors under the Company's Annual Bonus Plan for the year ended 31 December 2016.

Half of the bonus awards will vest on 1Â January 2018 and the remaining half on 1 January 2019. The Ordinary Shares are to be issued in lieu of cash bonuses at 41.5p per share, the volume weighted average price for the period 1 January 2016 to 28Â April 2017.
