Issue of Equity

The Board is pleased to announce the issue of 3,750 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 402.25p per New Ordinary Share to satisfy market demand.

Application for Admission

Application has been made for admission of the New Ordinary Shares to the Official List of the FCA, to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market and to the International Stock Exchange ("TISE") ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective, and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence, on 10 December 2024.

Total Voting Rights

Immediately following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 23,695,389 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders to determine the denominator for the calculation by which they will establish if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
