DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING
The Company has been notified by James Dickson, Chairman, who in turn was notifed on 24 August 2017, that his pension fund purchased 34,790 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company on 1 August 2017 at a price of 1.025p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Dickson holds a total of 4,889,259 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 17.5% of its issued share capital.
