Appointment of New Director

Vianet Group plc (AIM: VNET), a leader in delivering actionable data and business insights through an integrated ecosystem of hardware devices, software platforms, and smart insights portals, today confirms, subsequent to the Final Results announcement dated 10th June 2025, the appointment of Sarah Bentham as CFO of the Company following Mark Foster stepping down prior to the AGM on 16 July 2025.

Sarah has made excellent progress since joining the Group some 12 years ago, and has been Finance Director for Vianet Limited, our trading company for over five years. In addition to being on point for all the normal financial reporting responsibilities of a listed business, she leads procurement and support for the commercial teams in our two divisions.

Mrs Bentham does not have any previous directorships or partnerships of which she has been a director or partner over the last five years.

There is no further information to be disclosed in respect of the above appointment pursuant to Rule 17 or paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
