Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of the Company confirms that on 8th March 2021 (the "Grant Date") Mark Foster, CFO, was granted 100, 000 share options ("Options") over 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company following a meeting of the Remuneration Committee on 24 February 2021. The Options are exercisable at a price of 72 pence, the Company's closing price on 24 February 2021.
The Options are exercisable from the third anniversary of the Grant Date up until the tenth anniversary of the Grant Date.
Following this issue, Mark Foster will hold options over 359,000 Ordinary Shares in Company.
