The Company was notified on 3rd October 2012 by James Dickson, CEO of Vianet Group plc, that his pension fund purchased 260,000 ordinary shares at 100.00p each on 3rd October 2012, taking his total voting interests to 4,222,219 ordinary shares representing 15.19% of the total share capital with voting rights of the Company.
