Volex Group plc announces that following the recommendation of its Board of Directors and subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 July 2011, a final dividend for the year ended 3 April 2011 will be paid to shareholders in the amount of 2.0 pence per ordinary share. The dividend will be paid on 26 August 2011 (the payment date) to shareholders whose names appear on the register at the close of business on 29 July 2011 (the record date).
