Volex plc (AIM: VLX) announces that on 2 February 2026, it has been informed that John Molloy, Chief Operating Officer, has purchased 31,620 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 455.13 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, John Molloy is interested in 2,104,074 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.14 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
