Scrip Dividend Scheme and Scrip Reference Price

As set out in the Company's 2022 notice of annual general meeting ("AGM"), the Company has offered its shareholders ("Shareholders") the opportunity to elect for their final cash dividend, which was announced on 23 June 2022, to be automatically subscribed on their behalf for new ordinary shares in the Company (the "Scrip Dividend Scheme"). The Scrip Dividend Scheme is subject to shareholder approval at the Company's upcoming AGM to be held on 19 August 2022.

The reference price of a new ordinary share under the Scrip Dividend Scheme for the Company's final dividend has been set at 297.60 pence which represents the average of the mid-market closing price of the Company's ordinary shares for the five dealing days commencing on the ex-dividend date.

Certificated Shareholders who wish to elect for the scrip dividend alternative must complete the mandate form which is available on the Shareholder Information section of the Company's website.

Uncertificated Shareholders must make their election via the CREST system.

Elections must be received by Link Group by no later than 5.00 p.m. on 5 August 2022.

The final dividend payment date and the date for admission and dealing of the new ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the Scrip Dividend Scheme is 26 August 2022.
