Volex plc (AIM:VLX) announces that it has been informed that Mrs Sharon Molloy, wife of John Molloy, Chief Operating Officer, sold a total of 304,561 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), each at an average price of 378.489 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, Sharon Molloy holds no shares in the Company. John Molloy holds 2,072,454 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.12% of the Company's issued share capital.
