Appointment of Company Secretary and Change in Director's Duties

Volex plc (AIM:VLX) is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Holland as Company Secretary with effect from 1 August 2020. Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, will relinquish his role as Company Secretary with effect from this date.

Nick Holland qualified as a solicitor with Reynolds Porter Chamberlain in 1997 and joined Volex plc as Group Legal Officer and Assistant Company Secretary in 2018.
