Ruffer LLP now controls the voting rights over 16,248,543 shares (18% of the voting rights) of Volex Plc, which are held by the discretionary clients of Ruffer LLP and its subsidiaries (the voting of which is all controlled by Ruffer LLP).

This change from 17% to 18% is due to the purchase of 305,000 shares on 04 July 2016.
