Volex plc (AIM: VLX) announces that it has been informed that John Molloy, Chief Operating Officer, has purchased a total of 66,809 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each at a price of 223.27 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, John Molloy* is interested in 2,377,015 Ordinary Shares (save for unvested or unexercised awards), representing approximately 1.29 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
* Including those shares held by Sharon Molloy, a PCA with John Molloy.
