Volex plc (AIM: VLX) announces that on 18 March 2025, Lord Nathaniel Rothschild, Executive Chairman, received 31,220 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which were transferred through an existing trust structure.
Following this transaction, Lord Rothschild* is interested in 46,793,884 Ordinary Shares (save for unvested or unexercised awards), representing approximately 25.36 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
* Including those shares held through NR Holdings Ltd, of which Lord Rothschild is a beneficiary.
