Director PDMR Shareholding

Volex plc (the "Company") announces that on 29 May 2013 Ray Walsh, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 9,712 ordinary shares of the Company, par value £0.25 ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 102.14 pence, representing 0.016% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following this purchase, Mr Walsh now holds a total of 259,712 Ordinary Shares of Volex plc, representing in aggregate 0.42% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
