Volex Group PLC06 February 2006 Volex Group plc (the "Company") Block Listing Volex Group plc today announces that it will be making a block listingapplication to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for up to1,000,000 ordinary shares of 25p pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Companyto trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official Listupon issuance. The block listing application will cover up to 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares thatcan be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Volex 2001 ShareOption Plan.
