Volex Group PLC06 November 2006 Regulatory Announcement Volex Group P.L.C. 3 November 2006 Additional Listing Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for 762,934 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each to be admitted to theOfficial List, ranking pari passu with the existing issued shares of theCompany. The shares will be issued to existing Senior Management and Directorsof the Company, following the purchase of the shares by Senior Management andDirectors.
