Volvere PLC27 March 2007 Volvere plc ("the Company") Issue of equity 27 March 2007 The Board of Volvere plc announces that, pursuant to the offer for NMT Group PLCannounced on 14 September 2006, it has issued and allotted a further 12,082Ordinary Shares of GBP0.0000001 each in the capital of the Company (the "NewShares"). The New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Sharecapital of the Company and have been allotted and issued credited as fully paid. Application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIMand dealings are expected to commence on 28 March 2007.
