Directors' Dealings

The Company announces that it has received notification today from Lord Kalms of Edgware, Jonathan Lander, Nicholas Lander, Richard Kalms, and Neil Ashley who are all directors of the Company that on 6 February 2009 they acquired in aggregate 10,525 A Shares of GBP0.49999995 each and 10,525 B Shares of GBP0.49999995 each in the Company at a price of GBP 0.665 per Share. These shares are convertible into Ordinary Shares of the Company. Neither of these classes of share capital is traded on AIM.

Their respective purchases and resultant holdings are as follows:

Lord Kalms acquired 595 A Shares and 595 B Shares and now has an interest in 3,225 of each Share. In addition, Lord Kalms has an interest in 571,287 Ordinary Shares representing 10.07% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.

Jonathan Lander acquired 3,735 A Shares and 3,735 B Shares and now has an interest in 18,235 of each Share. In addition, Jonathan Lander has an interest in 550,037 Ordinary Shares representing 9.69% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.

Nicholas Lander acquired 3,736 A Shares and 3,736 B Shares and now has an interest in 14,494 of each Share. In addition, Nicholas Lander has an interest in 291,287 Ordinary Shares representing 5.13% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.

Richard Kalms acquired 1,581 A Shares and 1,581 B Shares and now has an interest in 8,568 of each Share. In addition, Richard Kalms has an interest in 292,822 Ordinary Shares representing 5.16% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.

Neil Ashley acquired 878 A Shares and 878 B Shares and now has an interest in 4,758 of each Share. In addition, Neil Ashley has an interest in 605,159 Ordinary Shares representing 10.66% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company. Neil Ashley is a trustee of the Ashley Grandchildren's 2003 Settlement whose holdings are included in the above.
