Transaction in Own Shares

Volvere plc (AIM: VLE), the growth and turnaround investment company, announces that on 20 March 2017 it purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.00001 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), as further detailed below. All of the repurchased shares will be held in treasury.

Following the above transaction, the Company's total issued share capital is 6,207,074 Ordinary Shares. 2,131,116 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue excluding shares held in treasury is 4,075,958. The above figure of 4,075,958 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
