Volvere plc (AIM: VLE), the growth and turnaround investment company, announces that Nicholas Lander, Director, has transferred, for nil consideration, 131,847 Ordinary Shares of 0.00001 pence each to The Nicholas Lander Discretionary Settlement ("Settlement"), a trust of which his children are beneficiaries and of which Nicholas Lander is a trustee.
Following the above transaction, Nicholas Lander and the Settlement have the following interests in Ordinary Shares:
