Total Voting Rights
Vipera, the specialist provider of mobile financial services, announces in accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules that as of 11 June 2015 the Company has 256,718,948 shares in issue.
Following the completion of the subscription of 59,711,111 new ordinary shares, announced today, the holdings of the Directors of Vipera in the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will be:

Total Voting Rights
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the transactions announced today will be 256,718,948 with each Ordinary Share holding one voting right. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
There are now 8,069,932 warrants and 13,420,000 options outstanding, representing 8.37% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
