Directorate change
The Board announces that Mr Stephen Barclay has today resigned as chairman and non-executive director of the Company.
The Board would like to thank Mr Barclay for all his efforts on behalf of the Company during the exciting and formative period since the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM.
John Shaw, currently a non-executive director of the Company, has accepted the role of chairman.
The Company is planning some appointments to the Board as a result of the ongoing development of the Company's business and a further announcement will be made in due course.
