Vipera, the specialist provider of mobile financial services, announces that, further to the announcement made on 28 May 2015, advance assurance from HM Revenue & Customs that the Subscription Shares will qualify for VCT and EIS has now been received.
Admission of the Subscription Shares became effective and dealings commenced earlier today.
