Director PDMR Shareholding
Velocity Composites plc (AIM: VEL.L), the leading supplier of advanced composite material kits to the aerospace market, announces that on 4 October 2024, Rob Smith, Finance Director, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 35.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Smith holds a beneficial interest in 40,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.07 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
