CFO Purchases Shares
The Company was today informed that Wilson Cheung, CFO, purchased 580 shares in the Company at 191p on 22 October and purchased a further 2,570 shares at 188.92p per share on 23 October 2009. Mr Cheung is now beneficially interested in a total of 3,150 shares in Velti plc.
