Voting Rights and Capital

For the purposes of DTR5.6.1R of the Transparency Directive, the Company notifies the market of the following:

As at the date of this notice, the Company's capital consists of 85,431,263 ordinary 1p shares with each share carrying one vote. None of these shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Victrex plc is 85,431,263.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Victrex plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
