Further to the announcement made on 9 February 2018 regarding the appointment with effect from that date of Janet Ashdown as a non-executive director of Victrex plc ('the Company'), the Company confirms pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 that Ms Ashdown is a non-executive director of Marshalls plc and SIG Plc. Ms Ashdown has not in the past five years served as a director of any other publicly listed company. No other disclosures pursuant to LR 9.6.13 are required.
