Victrex plc - Director declaration

Victrex plc is an innovative world leader in high performance polymer solutions, delivering sustainable products which support CO2 reduction and bring environmental and societal benefit in multiple end-markets. The Group today announces it has been notified by James Cropper plc, an advanced materials and paper products group, that Dr Martin Court, Executive Director and Chief Commercial Officer at Victrex, has joined the Board of James Cropper plc as a Non-Executive Director effective 8th November 2021.

Martin's responsibilities at Victrex remain unchanged. Prior to joining Victrex in 2013, Martin was Vice-President of Process Separation for Cytec Industries, having previously held senior roles with UCB and ICI. Martin is an INSEAD alumni and holds a doctorate in the field of surface chemistry and fracture mechanics and a BSc (Eng) in mineral technology from Imperial College, London.
