Block Listing

Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for block listings totalling 700,000 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

The Block listings consist of 350,000 shares to be issued under the 2015 Executive Share Option Plan, 300,000 shares under the 2015 UK Sharesave Plan and 50,000 shares under the 2015 Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

It is expected that Admission will commence on 6 March, 2015.
