Current Trading Overall, the markets in which we operate have been reporting a very mixedtrading environment and although we indicated at the interim stage that oursector would remain competitive and challenging it is pleasing to report thatagainst this background the Group has been able to improve its tradingperformance and market share. During 2006 the Group launched a number of new innovative products which, whenadded to our core ranges has created one of the strongest ever productportfolios. All of these products have been well received by our customers whilemeeting the demands of the consumer. Through a combination of product innovation, customer service and the on-goingdrive for business improvement the Group has performed ahead of managementexpectations. As a result, the Directors now expect that the Group will comfortably exceedcurrent market expectations for the financial year ended 31 March 2007.
