Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), Vast Resources plc, the AIM-listed production and development company, announces:

As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 13,549,444,200 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.1p each, with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at the time of this announcement, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 13,549,444,200 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

It should be noted that as explained in the "Progress on asset backed debt financing, placing to raise £1,751,200 & Baita Plai update" announcement published at 7.00 a.m. on 26 October 2020, it is expected that 905,125,000 new Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the placing will be admitted to trading on or around 9 November 2020 (the 'Second Admission'). Accordingly, following the Second Admission expected to occure on or around 9 November 2020 the Company will have 14,454,569,200 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights. The above figure of 14,454,569,200 may then be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in Vast under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule.
